This is a credentialed-only role: an active ICF PCC is required, not preferred. Key responsibilities: - Deliver structured 1:1 executive coaching engagements to senior leaders and high-potentials. - Design coaching plans aligned to leadership development or transformation goals. - Work confidentially with senior stakeholders and their HR sponsors. - Track and report on coaching progress against agreed objectives, respecting confidentiality. - Contribute to broader leadership development design where relevant. - Contract cleanly with sponsors on scope, confidentiality and success measures before engagements begin. You'll work directly with client stakeholders to define what should be measured and build the reporting to back it up. Key responsibilities: - Design and build executive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau. - Define KPI and scorecard frameworks aligned to strategic objectives. - Clean, model and structure data from disparate source systems. - Write SQL to build and maintain reporting datasets. - Translate analytical findings into plain-language insight for non-technical stakeholders. - Support data quality and governance improvements alongside client teams. - Maintain and iterate dashboards as client reporting needs evolve. You'll work directly with business and product teams to turn a use case into something that actually ships. Key responsibilities: - Design and build LLM-based applications, copilots and agents. - Integrate solutions with client systems and data sources via APIs. - Build automation workflows that remove manual, repetitive work. - Evaluate and select models and providers for a given use case. - Implement guardrails, evaluation and monitoring for AI solutions in production. - Work directly with business and product teams to scope and ship use cases. - Document solutions clearly enough for a client team to take over.
