How is the platform priced?
Per workspace, not per seat on the lower tiers — so your whole team can be in without per-head cost creep. Enterprise is an annual agreement scoped to your institution.
Can we start small and add products later?
Yes. Start with Portal and People, then switch on Performance and Programs when you’re ready. Pay, Pulse and Potential follow as they ship. Nothing to migrate — it’s one record.
How are advisory engagements priced?
Consulting and coaching are scoped per engagement, not by subscription — we quote against the brief. Talk to us and we’ll shape it with you.
What about Skedda, TalentLMS and Meritio?
Partner platforms are their own licence plus an ICAN implementation fee (configuration, branding, rollout, support). Meritio is $5,000 per year up to 2,500 employees, then $1 per additional employee per year. We’ll quote it together.
